Wilhelmina tries to sneak into the Emerald Castle and steal Dorothy's ruby slippers while she sleeps, but her plan fails. So Wilhelmina uses a magic hourglass to go back in time and try it over and over again. But every time she gets close to the slippers, Toto is there to thwart Wilhelmina's plans.
