With Oz nearly completely frozen and the Wicked Witch's plan almost complete, Dorothy and friends get the idea to re-stage A Christmas Carol, disguise themselves as ghosts, and visit the Wicked Witch in the night to get her to change her wicked ways. When it backfires and the Wicked Witch is enjoying her evil deeds too much, they have to think quickly to get her to reverse the spell and unfreeze Oz!
