Magoo mistakes Fizz for billionaire Bruce Payne aka the superhero Ratman. When Ratman gets kidnapped by his mortal enemy Bozo (in reality Weasel) Magoo turns into MegaMagoo! / Weasel tends to Fizz’s toothache but Magoo turns up thinking he’s busting into an animal-testing lab where cruel experiments are being carried out on a rabbit (in reality Fizz). Magoo is determined to set the rabbit free. / Magoo a Christmas volunteer in a supermarket thinks a burglar is entering overnight and decides to stop him. In reality it is none other than Weasel who is helping Fizz replace all the toys with Fizz plushies.
