Ginger accidentally backs her car over Butch’s tail. Feeling awful, she brings the alley cat into her home until he’s feeling better. / Hildie is mixing a batch of foot balm that’ll soften and beautify her gnarly-looking feet. She has Tom rub it in, nice and good, “Between the toes, Thomas.” Unfortunately, the foot balm is a little too strong and makes her foot disappear. / It's Tom's wedding day! He's getting married to Toodles in a backyard wedding that we're experiencing thru the eyes of his best friend, Jerry. / A look back to the beginning from when Tom, Jerry and Spike first met. / Tyke’s got a problem and it all began when the pup stepped on a wood plank. The same wood plank Tom discarded after using it as a hockey stick to slap Jerry (the puck) into the goal (the doghouse). Now Tyke’s got a painful splinter in his paw and since Tom was charged with watching him while a sickly Spike naps, Tom’s tasked with trying to remove the splinter before Spike wakes. Tom makes a few painful (for them both) attempts to remove the sliver with no success. Hearing Tyke’s whimpers, a sympathetic Jerry decides to help Tom out. In the end, Tom and Jerry get the splinter out but not before inflicting equal doses of pain while trying a myriad of home remedies from a hot bath, to tweezers, to adhesive tape, to glue, and more! / Tom and Jerry are in the middle of it when Tom hears someone SINGING the tale of a cat who met his unfortunate, painful end chasing a much superior opponent.
