This week, the bakers will get stuck into biscuits. Hosts Claire and Mel hand down the challenge – the bakers must bake a whooping 36 individual but identical savory biscuits within two hours. The Showstopper will see the bakers making and making a iconic landmark made from biscuit. The size of the structure and the type of biscuit is up to each baker but it must be a recognizable world landmark.
