The big day has dawned. The grand final has arrived and our trio will bake their way through 3 final challenges so one can earn the accolade of Australia’s best amateur baker. First up is the last signature – a traditional checkerboard Battenburg which must be beautifully decorated. Our bakers are getting a real soaking in the technical challenge as they throw lashings of rum at their rum babas.
