With the competition at the half way point the seven remaining bakers need to bring their a game for batter week. For the signature challenge the bakers are asked to make 12 waffles. They must be crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside with an “extraordinary topping”. In this week’s technical challenge, the bakers have two hours to cook Matt’s apple clafoutis.
