Alice and Lewis find the twins frozen in place! It turns out to be the doing of a young Freeze-All Cutie-Twee who has become friends with Charlie. In fact, these two besties are having the time of their lives, traveling all over the place, freezing the whole Kingdom, unaware that the young Cutie-Twee has not yet mastered its powers! Alice and Lewis must find a way to persuade Charlie to take the Cutie-Twee back to its peers.
