The 1970s, the popular newscaster, Ron Burgundy, works in San Diego with his beautiful wife, Veronica. At the peak of their fame the couple moves to New York, where Ron’s life changes for the worse. But one day he returns back to San Diego and gets a chance to become a top-rated newsman for the world's first 24-hour news network.
