In this episode Wanaka based Chef Angelo Georgalli is on the North Island of New Zealand spearfishing for kingfish just off the Matakana Coast. Using his rustic portable kitchen, he prepares a tangy ceviche salad with chilli, lime and coconut milk, morrocan spiced BBQ skewers and chunky Greek marinated steaks with an Italian polenta.
