Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz (3)

Wilhelmina wants a pet and what better pet than Dorothy's? While Dorothy is busy on an errand for Queen Ozma, the Monkeys snatch Toto and take him to Wilhelmina, who has a hard time winning Toto's affection until she enchants his collar, turning it from ruby red to a pernicious purple. Can Dorothy rescue Toto and prove love is stronger than magic?
