Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz (4)

The Mayor tells Dorothy she must pass the Official Oziam Exam in order to stay in Oz. Scarecrow (MICHAEL GOUGH) tries to tutor her, but an emergency in Munchkinland takes her attention off the books and onto an adventure. She has to save Munchkinland from a terrible dragon who has taken refuge on the Sapphire City. Is Dorothy is able to help and have time to study? How will she pass the test?
