After solving a mystery for the Munchkins, Dorothy fancies herself a private eye. She starts solving everyone's mysteries from all over Oz. But after pinning her biggest case on the Wicked Witch, she discovers that the Witch has been framed. She must unravel a conspiracy and clear the Witch's good (bad) name!
