Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz III (16)

Getting jealous of Wilhelmina's pet Salvador, the Wicked Witch decides she should have a creature of her own. But not a pet, a familiar! A human spirit trapped in an animal's body that will do her bidding! And she's got just the animal, a black cat. As well as just the right human spirit, Dorothy! She transforms Dorothy and the gang into black cats. So it's up to Toto to get over his animosity towards cats so he and the guys can rescue Dorothy from the Wicked Witch's clutches!
