Dorothy and the gang retreat back to Oz to inform everyone what's happened: the Wicked Witch of the East is back! When the two Wicked Witches show up in Emerald City and come after Dorothy for her ruby red slippers, everyone else is forced to retreat while Dorothy protects the slippers by herself alone in Emerald City. If the Wicked Witch of the East gets her hands on them, she'll be back for good! Glinda helps the gang recruit all their friends and the people Dorothy has helped to come to her aid and take on the two Wicked Witches as a united Ozian front.
