Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz III (9)

The Wicked Witch is quite sick of Christmas and has a plan to ruin the festivities this year. She bewitches this year's tree, Tall Tim, to freeze everyone and everything in Oz as soon as the Christmas Eve party begins! When Dorothy and friends have no way to stop Tall Tim's rampage, they figure out that the Wicked Witch is behind all this. They realize the only way to stop her is by melting her icy heart! Or else Oz will be frozen solid!
