Tonight, Gino gets behind the wheel of a Ferrari in the birthplace of this world-renowned sportscar, Emilia Romagna. Also known as Italy’s ‘food basket’, the region is characterised with its medieval cities of Bologna and Modena and is home to acres and acres of farmland; producing meat, cheese, and it’s very own ‘black gold’ of balsamic vinegar that is celebrated throughout the world. Gino concludes his time here rustling up mortadella burgers with a red onion, cherry and balsamic relish.
