Gino is back exploring Tuscany and celebrating the mammas who use the land to great effect. While visiting a wheat farm, he learns about classic Tuscan food traditions that use simple ingredients to create rich meals. Gino then gets put to work at a vineyard before he’s given the chance to taste some fine wine. One thing these female farmers have in common, is their belief in quality over quantity. Gino ends on cooking up a Chicken Scallopini with a twist, adding capers and a dessert wine.
