Christoph Heusgen is hopeful that Donald Trump can end the war in Ukraine. Speaking to DW's Richard Walker in Berlin ahead of this week's Munich Security Conference, its chair said: "Trump is doing things out of the box. And my impression is that also the Kremlin is kind of nervous about what may happen."
