If only Mike were a little bit more muscular, Iris would definitely look at him in a new light. At least that's what he tells himself when he sees Stephan's new workout bench. Unfortunately, it's not that easy. First, Mike needs to learn how to use it and the turtles and the racoons are doing everything they can to make the task more difficult. Muscles are one thing. Bruises are another.
