This week we’re down to 11 bakers who must prove themselves in bread week. First up, it’s a blast from the past as they’re challenged to make a favourite focaccia. Then Maggie sets them a traditional task for the technical - baking 12 pumpkin scones. Finally they have to break bread – literally – for the showstopper where they’re asked to make a Pull apart centrepiece full of carby goodness.
