This week the bakers are asked to use cunning creativity to cook desserts free from gluten sugar and dairy but still full of flavour. For the signature challenge, the remaining six bakers must present six dairy-free fruit tarts. This week’s technical challenge is to replicate Maggie’s gluten free tiramisu. The show stopper this week proves that life without sugar can still be sweet.
