With the help of a rotary hoe, Paul gets stuck into the garden to plant some fodder for his livestock. He makes a delicious pound cake as an offering as he visits a local orchard in search of a delicacy called the finger lime. Later, Paul uses his pickings to create a refreshing cordial from scratch and then transforms a bag of fresh mussels into a delicious meal.
