The food van finds a spot at the Narrandera street fair and Paul’s sticky ribs are a hit. While he’s in Narrandera and Griffith, he meets up with some inspirational farmers who’ve reinvented themselves to survive. From hazelnuts to blood oranges, their crops have found new markets and Paul demonstrates why- with some delicious dishes along the way.
