Mr. Bean wakes up on a freezing cold winter’s morning to discover that the boiler is broken and no sign of the repairman. / Irma wants a romantic break; Bean doesn’t. It’s too expensive. Irma kidnaps Teddy and refuses to give him back unless Bean promises to take her to Paris.
