Fizz has dressed Weasel up as a supervillain in order to pretend to save the city. Magoo mistakes his disguised neighbor for an actress in danger and decides to protect “her” from Fizz who he believes is a dangerous fan. / Fizz and Weasel are at the supermarket buying ingredients to make the world’s best cake. They bump into Magoo who thinks he’s at a carnival.
