Oggy is fascinated by the snake charmer that he has just seen on TV and decides to make his own magic flute. But the ear-shattering screeches that come out of his home-made flute have a strange and unexpected effect on the cockroaches… / Oggy buys a Persian rug which it turns out...is a flying carpet! Oggy climbs on for a spin and doesn't notice the fire-crackers that the roaches have attached to the end.
