Electric planes are silent, cheap to operate and would be a great solution to a lot of aviation's problems including air and noise pollution. And they seem to be on the cusp of going commercial. DW Reporter Aditi Rajagopal flew in the first ever e-plane certified to take off to figure out whether we will all soon be flying electric.
