Whitney Fordman (former series star ERIC JOHNSON) returns home from a tour of duty with the Marines, hoping to renew his relationship with Lana. However, Whitney's suspicious behavior prompts Clark to question his friend's motives--ultimately revealing a shocking truth. Meanwhile, Lex distrusts his new girlfriend, Dr. Helen Bryce (recurring guest star EMMANUELLE VAUGIER), after he finds a photograph of her with Lionel.
