Henry’s really excited about the Halloween parade, and hopes to get a Hugglebar from the Treats Balloon. But the balloon blows away and it’s up to Henry to save the day. Henry goes camping with the Monster Scouts. Daddo tells them the story of the Spooky River Monster. Denzel’s scared and later thinks he hears it but it’s just Daddo snoring!
