The original movements to stretch the dough has gone through several variations over the centuries but none so spectacular as the evolution of flight. This is the roti canai terbang, or the flying roti, and the identified flying object of our kungfu kitchen challenge this episode. Benoit Chargy is the executive pastry chef at a high class hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
