It was a life-changing experience for the choreographer. O Sensei is a poetical farewell to the Spanish choreographer Antonia Mercé, also known as La Argentina, an artist whom Kazuo Ohno admired to the highest degree. Alone on stage, Catherine Diverres explores the very essence of movement, in its purest, most evocative form. O Sensei projects an image on a screen, with a few costumes highlighting the tragic and regal style of Catherine Diverres's work. Recorded at the Théâtre National de Chaillot in November 2012. Directed by Luc Riolon (28 min)
