As the bakers enter their fourth week in the shed, their thoughts turn to home with Matt and Maggie asking them to bake their family favourites. This week’s signature challenge is 24 identical muffins. The technical tests our baker’s pastry skills with chicken, leek and mushroom pie. For the show stopper the bakers are asked to create a multi-tiered pavlova.
