Still in Canberra, Paul heads to the Ozharvest kitchen and teaches a class on how to get the most out of a whole chicken. He does a shift in the hottest food van in town, the Mandalay to get a sense of what he’s up against. And while still in the region, he heads to a potato farm to help with the harvest and to collect a few spuds.
