The bizarre society was founded in the 19th century in Great Britain and it still believes that pictures taken from space are false. The eponymous 1998 Big Band from Belgium, however, plays anything but flat music. The claim to fame came for this jazz orchestra, founded by artist and clarinettist Peter Vermeersch in 2004, as he and pianist Uri Caine went on tour. In 2006 they released their first CD, 'Psychoscout', followed by their second CD, 'Clear Me, Perverts!' in 2009. A rebel and anti-conformist ensemble with a lot to offer, from faithful adherence to music rules to intoxicating improvisation. (55 min)

With his ballets, he chisels the dancer's body like a skilled craftsman into deceptively delicate forms, full of harmony and interior peace. Ken Ossola's choice of Gustav Mahler's hymn of love to life and the world for this performance seems obvious, given his dance's propensity for the sacred and the way he places human beings in the eternal whirlwind of forces at play in the universe. Ken Ossola invents movement to heighten and deepen his dancers' awareness. He captures the secret magic of a body language that joins the innermost energy of individual being with a substance both divine and immaterial. Recorded at the Grand Théâtre of Geneve on 2014 February 20th; TV Director, Stéphane Lebard (75 min)
