        Stéphane Kerecki - French Touch; Stéphane Kerecki, double bass; Julien Lourau, saxophone; Fabrice Moreau, drums; Jozef Dumoulin, piano, Fender Rhodes; Stéphane Kerecki made a name for himself by playing with Daniel Humair, Sheila Jordan, Michel Portal, Jacky Terrasson. He is leading his own trio, with saxophonist Matthieu Donarier and drummer Thomas Grimmonprez. His recordings received many awards, including the Grand Prix de l'Académie Charles Cros, Disque d'Emoi de l'année 2007 (Jazz Magazine), Choc du Monde de la Musique a.o. Kerecki's most ambitious project to date, ' Nouvelle Vague ', an homage to the movies of Jean-Luc Godard, François Truffaut, Louis Malle, Jacques Demy, and the music it generated, features re-adapted works by Miles Davis, Martial Solal, Georges Delerue, Antoine Duhamel and Michel Legrand. His new project 'French Touch' explores the influence of contemporary French popular music, made by groups like Air, Daft Punk, Motorbass, Kavinsky and Phoenix, on today's music scene worldwide.         Michel Meis 4tet; Michel Meis, drums+ compositions; Cédric Hanriot, piano; Stephan Goldbach, double bass; Alisa Klein, trombone; Born in Luxembourg Michel Meis made his first experience with the drums at the early age of 7 at the Conservatory of Luxembourg, Luxembourg City. After finishing his diploma's in Chamber Music, Classical Percussion and Jazz drums in 2014 with the teachers Guy Frisch, Paul Mootz, Rainer Kind and Al Ginter, Michel entered the Jazz section of the 'Hochschule für Musik Saar' doing his Bachelor in Jazz drums. Since 2011, Michel is also a member of the Luxembourg Military Band and has played in several Jazz-clubs and festivals like the Hong Kong Jazz Festival, Beishan Jazz Festival, Sibiu Jazz Festival, Fete de la Musique Liege and the Brussels Jazz Marathon. Michel is a drummer with ' Everwaiting Serenade ', Dock in Absolute, Juan Gonzalez Trio. He also played drums for The Grund Club Voices and the Grund Club Quartet in 2015 and 2016. Their first record 'Lost in translation' will feature 7 original tunes and a cover of 'Heaven' by Depeche Mode. This album will be relased on January 2019, on Double Moon Records.
